Q&A
What part of your work gives you the most satisfaction?
I enjoy making genuine connections with the clients we support. I always find something to spark a conversation, and my goal is to relate and engage with clients in a personal manner, opposed to just creating a transactional relationship.
What do you hope clients remember after working with you?
I hope clients always feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, throughout our relationship. By consistently providing responsive, detail-oriented service and ensuring every request is handled accurately and efficiently, I want clients to remember that they can trust that their needs and goals are always my primary focus.
What is a skill or hobby you've developed outside of work?
One of the most meaningful experiences outside of my current career was building and running a wedding and event planning business for more than 10 years. Planning and executing complex, high-end events taught me the importance of organization, adaptability, attention to detail, and exceptional client service. It was especially rewarding to help create unforgettable moments for others and see a vision come to life in a way that brought joy to clients and their families.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I tend to be a busybody and I always find myself starting a new “project.” When I have downtime, I also enjoy attending social gatherings, spending time with loved ones, and enjoying eclectic dining experiences.
What is a hidden talent or fun fact about you?
During the pandemic, when social gatherings were halted and the event industry was at a standstill, I was inspired to self-publish my first book, called “Plan Your Perfect Wedding,” which helps engaged couples navigate wedding planning. It gave me the opportunity to share the knowledge and experience I had gained over the years, while providing couples with practical guidance and confidence during an especially uncertain time.
If you weren't in your current profession, what would you be doing?
I am definitely driven by wanderlust, and have a deep appreciation for travel and cultural experiences. If I weren't in my current profession, I would likely be a luxury travel concierge, curating one-of-a-kind journeys and helping people discover extraordinary destinations and experiences.
