What do you enjoy most about helping clients?

I find it rewarding to make my clients’ lives a little easier by resolving the little inconveniences and questions that come up along the way.

What do you hope clients remember after working with you?

I hope clients feel that coming to me made things easier and that they always felt comfortable reaching out with questions.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

Spending time with my family and friends.

What’s your favorite local restaurant?

I love getting Dim Sum at Ty Ginger Asian Bistro in Dublin, Ohio.

What was your first job? 

My first job was working as a private tutor while I was in college.

If you weren't in your current profession, what would you be doing?

I'd probably be working in the travel industry. I enjoy planning trips, whether for myself, family, or friends. Researching flights and hotels and creating travel itineraries is something I genuinely enjoy.
