Q&A

What is a lesson you've learned that has shaped your professional approach?

One of the most important lessons I've learned is that people matter more than processes or outcomes alone. Throughout my life, I've gained a deeper appreciation for the value of empathy, listening, and understanding different perspectives. Those experiences have taught me that every person has a unique story and challenges that may not be visible on the surface. As a result, I try to approach my work with compassion, curiosity, and respect, focusing on building genuine relationships and finding solutions that consider the needs and experiences of others. I believe that when people feel heard and valued, better collaboration and stronger results naturally follow.

What do you hope clients remember after working with you?

I hope clients remember me as someone who genuinely cares about them and their success. I want them to feel that I listen, treat them with respect, and work hard to understand their unique needs and perspective. Beyond delivering results, I hope they see me as a trusted partner who is approachable, dependable, and committed to doing the right thing. If clients walk away feeling supported, valued, and confident that I always have their best interests in mind, that’s the impression I would most want to leave.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through working out, spending quality time with my dog Lucy, and being a bit of a homebody. I enjoy the balance of taking care of my health, relaxing at home, and appreciating the simple moments that help me recharge.

What is a skill or hobby you've developed outside of work?

I've developed a love of reading and travel. Both have helped me become more open-minded, curious, and appreciative of different perspectives and experiences.

What is something on your bucket list?

One thing on my bucket list is traveling to Patagonia to hike and see the glaciers. I love experiencing the natural beauty of different parts of the world, and Patagonia has always been a place I'd love to explore firsthand.

 What was your first job?

My first job was working at a coffee shop, back before the Starbucks era of endless drink customizations. It taught me the importance of customer service, multitasking, and staying calm during a busy rush.
