What part of your work gives you the most satisfaction?
Giving clients the peace of mind that their affairs are in order and that their family is protected if or when the unexpected occurs.
What is a lesson you've learned that has shaped your professional approach?
I’ve learned to always have an open mind, open heart, and to listen carefully – every client’s situation is unique, and one cannot be too quick to dismiss the importance of a client’s concerns, especially when navigating unfamiliar challenges.
What is your favorite travel destination?
This is a difficult choice, as I’m always torn between choosing the mountains or the ocean. My top choice for each would be Estes Park, Colorado and Key West, Florida.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy working out or getting outdoors into the fresh air, whether that’s a good workout at the gym, an evening jog, or finding a local hiking trail or fishing hole.
What was your first job?
Pro-shop attendant at the local golf course.
What is something on your bucket list?
I’d love to visit Alaska for an extended hiking, camping, and fishing trip; and to spend time in the true, off-grid wilderness.
